Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide
The upgrading of your item is an essential element to maximize the power of your gear. It lets you add bonus stats and bonuses over the value of your basic item.
Each upgrade template comes with set of options that can be set up through the GUI. These options include the upgrade reference and the upgrading chance.
Upgrade components
As part of the 2.0 update the upgrade system for armor and weapons in Cyberpunk has been improved. Upgrade components are available all over Night City, and the item you want to upgrade must have an upgrade slot available. The game will show an overview of the item's expected stats after upgrading. It will also display the required component or material. If you don't have the level or resource to upgrade an item the button will read "Blocked."
The items that can be upgraded include armor and weapons as well as a few trinkets and gathering tools. Upgrade slots can be filled on every item to give attribute bonuses or additional effects when the equipment is utilized. These upgrades can be obtained through crafting, purchased from a merchant or taken from the loot.
There are two kinds of upgrades of gemstones and universal upgrades. Universal upgrades are comparable to gems and are able to be used in any type of equipment. They provide a lesser bonus than other upgrade components. They are easy to acquire because they are dropped by enemies and robbed across the globe. Infusions, which are placed in ascended equipment or legendary equipment, and enhancements that can only be recovered by using an upgrade extractor or by salvaging the item using an advanced salvage kit can be replaced every hour.
Recycled items
During the last two world wars, a shortage of natural resources led the world to adopt recycling. Nowadays, it is commonplace to recycle items like paper, aluminum and plastic to give them a new life as something different. In fact, recycling saves energy and prevents carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere. It is also a great option to reduce the need for landfills and preserve natural resources. It is important to know what items can be reused.
People often make the mistake of putting the wrong things in the recycling bin. These items not only cause harm to recycling equipment, but can also contaminate the stream. To avoid this, check the label and adhere to the rules of your recycling program. Cardboard should not be mixed with tin cans or steel cans. Tissue should also be thrown away. Reroll tokens

Click the dice icon beside the item in your Inventory to roll it. Alternatively, you can press the button in another player's lobby and select "Reroll". After rerolling an item it will disappear from your inventory.
Rerolls can be purchased as well as other in-game items from Sagbe which is an in-game Token Shop trader. You can also earn free rerolls redeeming active codes in Fire Force Online. These codes can be used for a variety items, including Reroll Tokens or Clan Reroll Tokens.
Rerolls can be helpful early in the game when you are building up your inventory. They're not the best method of increasing your character's stats. Instead, you should concentrate on getting more skill points. You can also earn bonus points for completing event stages.
You can also roll your character's race by using a race-reroll token which can be purchased from the Zen Market. This token allows you to change your race only once, and it can be used in conjunction with certain pack purchases or through the Token Shop. Leveling
Upgrading an item in an upgrade process boosts its stats and Power Level. It also increases the cost and amount of materials needed to complete the upgrade. The Upgrade NPC offers a service to facilitate transfers of gear. This will allow players to save the experience and upgrade progress of a piece of gear and transfer it to a new item in the same slot.
